Group Classes

From complete beginners taking their first steps into structured training to experienced athletes working towards personal bests, we support people of all levels in achieving meaningful, lasting results. Whether you’ve never lifted before, have some strength training experience and want to build your engine, are a lifelong cyclist looking for a fresh challenge, our group coaching provides structured, progressive programming within a supportive and focused environment.

Sessions are delivered in small, coach-led groups with a strong emphasis on movement quality, technical development, and long-term progression. Training is purposeful and intelligently designed, integrating strength, conditioning, and skill work in a way that builds resilience, confidence, and physical capacity over time. Members benefit from clear coaching, individual attention within the group setting, and a consistent approach that supports steady progress without extremes.

ShiroKuma Mum Method

Katherine is a Certified Mummy MOT Fitness Professional and Level 3 Personal Training Coach, specialising in supporting women through pregnancy and their return to exercise postnatally.

Her approach bridges the gap between women’s health physiotherapy and strength training, working within postnatal guidelines to ensure every stage of recovery is safe, progressive, and individual.

Each journey begins with a dedicated 1:1 postnatal assessment, focusing on breathing mechanics, core and pelvic floor function, posture, mobility, and movement patterns — providing both clarity and confidence before progressing.

From there, training rebuilds strength gradually through breath-led movement, intelligent load progression, and functional exercises that support the physical demands of motherhood.

From there you can either continue with 1:1 personal training or join the ShiroKuma Mum Method group classes — a supportive, strength-based environment designed specifically for pre and postnatal women, where babies are always welcome.
